A cute bralettes and shorts set inspired by retro styles, with triangle bra cups and scallop edged shorts. We used 19 momme silk charmeuse, cool and soft to the touch. Please contact us to discuss your size and favourite colours!

Process

  • Consultation: we discuss the style, colour and fabric with you
  • Shopping: we share the fabrics we find in the market with you. If you choose a solid colour, this step can be very quick
  • Quote: we finalize the design and send you the price
  • Payment: please note custom pieces are not refundable
  • Production: we purchase the fabric - fabric shipped to us - tailor starts working (please note this can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on our tailor's workload)
  • Shipping: we ship the final product to you

Size

  • Please refer to the size chart in our last image
  • Size up if you are at the top tier in the size chart or if you prefer a looser fit
  • We currently make size XS-M in this style. Even though we could make bigger sizes, team members who are C cup and above reported that this style does not offer enough support. We are working on designing a style that is more comfortable to larger sizes. If you are a size L or above, we would love to hear your thoughts on your favourite bralette style. Care
Hand Wash
1. Soak the pantie in a container filled with mild soap and lukewarm water
2. Wash and rinse by gently squeezing the pantie under running water. Do not rub or wring the fabric
3. Lay flat to dry
4. Steam on the low heat setting after flipping the pantie inside out

Machine Wash
1. Place the pantie in a mesh laundry bag and wash on the gentle cycle and cold water setting
2. Hang to dry
3. Steam on the low heat setting after flipping the pantie inside out

Canadian Customers:

  • Default Free Shipping: regular mail does not include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we have no control over the shipping status. Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks for Ontario customers and 2-3 weeks for other provinces

Where can I find your size chart?

We have two types of products: ready-to-ship and custom.

Ready-to-ship products have their size charts in the images. Usually it's the last image, so please scroll to the end.

Custom products have "custom" in the product name and are made to order. For custom products, we make each item based on your measurements, so please read the product copy for measurement requests. You could also use our size charts for custom products, in which case please refer to the size chart image.

How fast do you ship?

We usually ship in 1-3 business days. That being said, we deal with a lot of wedding orders, PR orders and corporate gifting orders, so we understand the sense of urgency.

If you need an order to be shipped out asap, please use the chat option on site (if one of our team members is monitoring the site, there's a chat box which allows you to chat with us in real time), email info@softstrokessilk or call 1-647-242-6392.

How do I take care of my silk?

Most of our items can be machine washed (put in a laundry mesh bag, wash on the delicate cycle, use gentle detergent and hang to dry), even though hand washing is recommended to maintain the lustre of silk. However, silk scarves are very delicate and can only be hand washed.

Where are you located? Can I pick up my order/go in to try something on?

We currently have two pickup locations. One in Liberty Village, Toronto, Ontario; the other one in Markham, Ontario. We don't have storefronts, so these are pickup locations only.

To book a pickup, please email info@softstrokessilk.com. Products low in inventory may only be available in one of the locations, so let us know the product (item, size, colour, quantity) you are interested in when emailing.
